Q.

I've seen an invitation that I really like but the colours won't go with those chosen for the wedding party, is there any flexibility?

A.

Where there's a will, there's a way, just let us know what you need and we will try to find the solution.

Q. I have not seen quite the right design to compliment my theme, is there anything similar available? A. The styles shown are just some of the designs available, we have many more on the books let us know what you have in mind and we'll do our best to match to your requirements.

Q.

I'd like to take a good look at the stationery before I buy, how long will it take to get samples?

A.

Samples are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being requested, we'll email you and let you know when to expect them.

Q.

Can I have my own wording on my stationery?

A.

No problem, if you have your own vows to include on the Order of Service, or the invitations need to be laid out differently then let us know the details.

Q.

I'd like a quote for a quantity which isn't shown on the price list, can any amount be printed?

A.

The more you print, the lower the cost. To receive a quote please email us using the link above.

Ordering and Proofs

Q.

How long will it take for my stationery to arrive?

A.

All being well we expect stationery to be dispatched within 14 working days of proof approval.

Q.

HELP I need it sooner than this!!!

A.

We offer a SUPERFAST delivery service, once proof approvals are made invitations can be dispatched in 48 hours. There is an extra charge made for this service. It is not available on certain designs due to their handmade nature.

Can my order and proofs be faxed through?

A.

Yes we have a fax number, please go ahead on:

Can I have my proofs posted to me?

A.

You can, but it is easier and faster for them to be emailed.

Q. Can I approve my proofs by phone? A. Of course please call us on 02920 70 40 80 or 01704 831168.
Payment

Q.

At what point in the process do I pay?

A.

When placing the order you pay at the same time, thensend we out the proofs and get the baill rolling. You pay so soon into the order as you will have commissioned a personalised product.

Q.

How do I pay?

A.

You can pay by cheque or credit card. Your credit card details will be processed at our store. If you would prefer to send a cheque, there will be a slight delay for clearance before proofing the order.
