Ordering Your Wedding Stationery
Quantity
Unless otherwise stated, all items are supplied only in multiples of ten, subject to a minimum quantity of twenty.
Envelopes and Insert Papers Please see each individual set of stationery for details of the insert and envelope colours. In some cases the wording is printed directly onto the cards.
Wordings
Please note, your details will be printed on your stationery in the ink colour you have seleceted. Wording samples are shown for the text only and not for the layout as layouts may differ from the sample shown depending on the quantity of the customer's personal text and choice of wording. Alternatively customer's own wording can be used but full, clear copy must be supplied.
Typefaces and Ink Colours
Please choose your preferred typeface. A choice of ink colours is shown. Create your own individual look from a selection of typefaces and both flat and raised ink colours. If a choice is not made we will print the typeface and ink colour as shown on the cards you have selected. Please note that Place Cards and Serviette Rings can only be supplied in the typeface as sampled in the album.Reply Card envelopes will be supplied only in flat grey ink and the typefaces will match the one you have selected for your Reply Card.
Orders of Service
Orders of Service are only printed in flat black iink. Please note that you may select any one of the nine typefaces shown for the first page of your Order of Service only. All additional pages of the insert are only available in the typeface as shown throughout the album. If no choice is indicated on the Order form, we will print the typeface as sampled in the album.
Repeats and Reprints
Increases in quantity and alterations to copy received after the original order has been printed will be charged for as new orders. Please note that the minimum order quantity on repeat orders is twenty.
Proofs
Due to the amount of copy required in Orders of Service we are pleased to supply your initial layout proof free of charge for this item. Layout proofs will be printed sampling the layout and typeface only, not the ink colour. A complete card proof (a sample of how the finished card will look) can also be supplied for any item. Again, please refer to the price list and allow an additional ten working days for this service. Proof approvals with no alterations can be actioned via fax, post or telephone. Alterations have to be made in writing. Standard delivery time will commence when final proof approval has been received.
Delevery
Orders are normally returned to the point of ordering but may be delivered to another U.K. mainland address if preffered. For small premiumm a faster delivery than normal can be arranged on your behalf. Delivery time is extended when queries arise or alterations are made to orders. Please not that additional time may be required during Bank and public holidays. Delivery is normally made to U.K. mainland addresses only. If delivery is required outside of the U.K. mainland and extra charge will be incurred. Please contact our Customer Service Departmentif you require details.
Express Service
Wedding Stationery orders received by the specialist printers before 10.00am (Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays) are guarenteed to be delivered within the U.K. mainland the following working day (N.B. this excludes Saturdays and Sundays). For any items that are personalised on the front of the card and also have an insert, or items with multipage inserts, please add one extra day for this service. This covers a maximum quantity of 500 cards per design. The Order Form should be marked 'EXPRESS SERVICE'. Orders may faxed or telephoned direct by you wedding advisor.
Customer Satisfaction
If you cannot find exactly what you want, please ask, as we aim to satisfy all requests wherever possible. Changes to the wordings and typefaces shown can be made for an extra charge and additional printed inserts can also be included in Orders of Service, and Blessings of the Marriage.

We have an unsurpassed reputation for quality. Whilst every effort will be made to supply cards exactly as sampled, we must reserve the right to substitute materials as necessary. However, it is our policy to improve our standards specifications.
